By accessing or using LiftTech Inc.'s services, website, or equipment ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use our Services.

LiftTech Inc. provides:

• •Forklift rental services (short-term and long-term)

• •24/7 emergency service

• •Safety training and consultation

4. Equipment Rental Terms

• •Rental periods begin on the delivery date and end on the return date
• •Renters are responsible for all damage beyond normal wear and tear
• •Equipment must be operated by certified/trained personnel only
• •Daily maintenance and safety checks are the renter's responsibility
• •Late returns may incur additional charges
• •Fuel/charging costs are the responsibility of the renter

5. Payment Terms

• •Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing
• •We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• •Approved accounts may be eligible for NET 30 terms
• •Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
• •A deposit may be required for equipment rentals
• •All prices are subject to applicable taxes

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LiftTech Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

• •All equipment must be operated in compliance with OSHA regulations
• •Operators must be properly trained and certified
• •Customer assumes all liability for improper use of equipment
• •Safety inspections must be performed before each use
• •Any accidents or damage must be reported immediately

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clermont County, Ohio.

11. Service Area

Our primary service area includes Greater Cincinnati, Batavia, and surrounding counties in Ohio. Service outside our standard area may be available with additional fees. Delivery and pickup charges may apply based on location.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
